Saif Khan, Founder

Before founding Spring Valley Technology Services, Mr. Khan spent over 5 years in the Information Technology(IT) industry. He started his career as a programmer/analyst at HOPE Foundation and later worked as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting, Capital One Financial & Unicast. Since founding Spring Valley Technologies, he has been instrumental in formulating company's overall service delivery strategy, client engagement processes and building relationship with clients globally.

Mr. Khan believes that any solutions can be delivered to solve business problems by leveraging latest technologies that are aligned to their business environment. Throughout his involvement at Spring Valley Technology, he has played a vital role in creating a work environment and culture of openness, collaboration and transparency.

Mr. Khan has has functional knowledge of Healthcare & Financial Services industry.He holds a bachelors degree in Informatics from the Indiana University Bloomington and a Masters of Business Administration( MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Tariq Wahid, Vice President of Operations

Tariq Wahid is a co-founder of Spring Valley Technologies. He is head of application development, human capital management and quality assurance. He is in charge of the company's Offshore Development Center( ODC) in Bangladesh.

Mr. Wahid has diverse experience in software & IT service, telecom, manufacturing organization. He focuses on company's overall development operations and project delivery. He holds a bachelors degree in Marketing and Media & Development Communication from the Independent University Bangladesh (IUB) and has completed Masters of Business Administration( MBA) from the Independent University Bangladesh( IUB).
